What is the right class for my child?
Red Ball
If you are interested in putting your child into tennis lessons for the first time you have come to the right spot. Our red ball tennis classes are for kids aged between 5-8 years old with little to no experience.
We understand that hand eye co-ordination is still developing at this age, which is why we use the red tennis balls that are at a low compression, so the balls do not bounce very high and are much easier to see and hit.
In these classes our qualified professional tennis coach will teach your kids how to move, position, balance and swing the racquet.

* Motor skills * Balance * Co-Ordination * Swings
Class times
Tuesday 3:30pm-4pm
Friday 3:30-4pm
Price per session $32.5
Orange Ball
Our orange ball tennis lessons are great for kids aged 8-10 who have had some basic tennis experience. The orange balls are at a lower compression to the full yellow ball but bounce slightly higher than the red balls. We believe in using the orange balls as kids can find it easier to see and hit without the balls bouncing over their head.
At the orange ball level our qualified professional tennis coach will be teaching your kids how to move, position, balance and swing the racquet. At this stage kids will also be learning how to rally and starting to understand point play.

Green Ball
Green ball tennis lessons otherwise known as junior advanced, for kids aged 10-12 who have had experience in tennis and have build up a solid foundation in technique and rallying.
At this stage kids are more stable on the court and able to move, balance and strike the ball confidently. This is where tactics and learning to move and balance on the defence and offence come into play. Our qualified professional tennis coach will be teaching your kids to understand tactics of the game, movement from defence to offence, how to cope when under the mental pressures of the game and include fitness (flexibility, core strength and rehabilitation).
