Policies
Authentic Tennis is a professional academy.
All participants must follow the following policies:
Drug/Alcohol
Players must remain drug and alcohol free while participating in any Authentic Tennis programs/events. If players require special medication the coach must be notified prior to the commencement of the first session.
Wet Weather
We make a call for all sessions 30 minutes prior to the start time of each lesson.
If your session is less then 3/4 (three quarters) complete and have already paid for your lesson and it gets called off due to wet weather, you will be entitled to a make up.
Cancellation/s
If for any reason you need to cancel a session the coach must be notified 4 hours prior to the start time, you will then be entitled to a make up.
If you wish to cancel your full program the coach must be notified 7 days in advance.
Refunds
No Refunds, you may be entitled to credit or make ups
Make Ups
If you are sick or unable to attend a session and you have followed the cancellation policy you are entitled to a make up.
If session is less then 3/4 (three quarters) complete and gets called off due to wet weather, you are entitled to a make up.
Incase of public holiday and you have paid for a session, you are entitled to a make up.
You must book make up session/s with the coach.
Fees
Payments can be made upfront for the term, weekly or fortnightly.
If you require a special payment plan you must speak to the coach prior to the commencement of the first session.
Payments can be made by: Eftpos, Cash or BPay.
*IMPORTANT* If you are 3 weeks behind on your due fee and you have not organised a specific payment plan your program will be seen as terminated.
Tournament Support
To be eligible for the free local (greater Brisbane) tournament support package you must be signed on for a minimum of: 1 60 minute private, 1 fitness squad and 1 squad per a week.
